T.A.S. Solution (Recruit) Ltd. was founded by 2 friends with the same goal: to offer clients the support and all the resources that they need to find the best candidate for their vacancies. At the same time to help and support the candidates to be able to take the best decision when they are accepting a new job offer.
As you would expect, we use the major national job boards such as Jobsite, Total Jobs, Reed and CV Library to advertise jobs and to access their CV databases…but that is just a starting point!
Sam, one of the founders, is highly skilled in social-searching and finding passive candidates online. We ensure that we have all the latest information and training available, in order to be a top recruitment company. Sam is one of the best recruiters from the Midlands, in the past 7 years he developed and expanded a variety of services with all the companies he got to collaborate. All of this being possible because he understood and listened the needs of both, clients and candidates. Over the time he managed to work with big companies from the Midlands area, like Koito.
